SA has a new ford in town….and it’s probably not what you are thinking.
If you were thinking SA got a new Ford model for you to pick
up use on your weekend adventures well I’m sorry to say that unfortunately the new ford is a commercial
vehicle. Introducing to SA the Ford Transit. The Transit had its launch in Johannesburg on the 19th
of June 2024 and has showcased just what the transit

you immediately think okay this is going to have
No modern touches this is just going to be another bareboned
work horse and Ford said NO! The interior on this we
have at our disposal a large 13 inch screen with all the bells and whistles
like Apple car play and android auto and not to mention the drivers view is now
all digital again a very modern take on this type of vehicle dashboard. It
really is a breath of fresh air compared to its competitors and what we can
hope for are that its competition sees this and brings in their modern takes on a commercial vehicle
just as Ford did(I’m looking at you Isuzu and Toyota). I think that about
